Well, lots of progress on the CT70. Since last time, we have finalized the theme and decided to go with the original style headlight/speedo. The bars are 1in tapers down to 7/8 and the exhaust will be a polished stainless steel pipe with a sportbike style canister. The footpeg bracket is just a straight across bar that gives us clearance for the 190cc engine cases. Getting all the electrical components in the frame is tough since you need solenoid, CDI, battery and regulator. Still to finish is the fuel tank and lines and a side saddle tank so we have some range. The 190 will drain the main tank in about 30 miles!
