Well, the next bike in the queue is this 86 Z50R. The bike is fairly complete but needs a complete restoration. The motor is locked up and the tank is rusted through so we will do a complete engine rebuild and nut and bolt restoration. Because some of the hardware is no longet available, we will re-plate a lot of stuff with zinc to keep it original.
So far, the frame is stripped and epoxy primed and the engine is disassembled… parts are ordered and lots of stuff has been media blasted. A few things like the 4 hole wheels and shocks are specific to 86 bikes since they are gold.
