After getting a few new parts in and going back and forth on what exhaust we wanted to use, the Repsol CT190 is basically done. Since last time, we’ve added a GP style under frame exhaust, dual piston front caliper, tidied up the controls and cables, switched back to a 420 chain and sprockets and tweaked the jetting. Because the exhaust wasn’t designed to fit the 190 motor with electric start, we had to weld a .4in extension onto the header to drop it down a bit. The bike is a beast and runs fantastic with the 15 front/31 rear sprockets. Soooo much fun to ride! Here are a few shots of the final configuration.
