Yesteday’s Superbike race at Laguna Seca was run in record-breaking heat and Ben Spies added another win for a total of 8 this year. The final finish order was-

5. Aaron Yates (Yoshimura Suzuki)
6. Mat Mladin (Yoshimura Suzuki)
7. Ben Bostrom (Ducati)
8. Jake Zemke (Honda)
9. Jason Pridmore (Jordan Suzuki)
10. Steve Rapp (Jordan Suzuki)
